Compact and levelling castors

1. Compact castors - various series :
1.1 Compact castors with top plate fitting : The Blickle compact castors are available with the following bracket series with top plate fitting in combination with the POEV, VSTH, POA, PO or GSPO wheel series:
LPA/LKPA series: Light duty swivel bracket with top plate fitting
LE series: Pressed steel swivel castor with top plate fitting
L series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
LK series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
LH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
1.2 Blickle compact castors are also available with a bolt hole fitting as an alternative to a plate fitting:
LRA/LKRA series: Light duty swivel bracket with bolt hole
LER series: Pressed steel swivel castor with bolt hole
LR series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with bolt hole, medium duty design
LKR series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with bolt hole, heavy duty design
These brackets are combined with the wheels in the POEV, VSTH, POA, PO or GSPO series.
1.3 Compact castors with fixed brackets :
The POEV, VSTH, POA, PO or GSPO wheel series are available with fixed brackets corresponding to the compact castors with top plate fitting:
B series: Pressed steel fixed bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
BK series: Pressed steel fixed bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
BH series: Pressed steel fixed bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
1.4 The twin wheel compact castors :
The twin wheel compact castors are available with three different bracket versions. These are combined with seven different wheel series made of nylon, with either a polyurethane tread or an elastic solid rubber tread.
LD series: Pressed steel twin wheel compact castor with threaded pin
LHD series: Heavy duty pressed steel twin wheel compact castor with top plate fitting
LSD series: Heavy duty welded steel twin wheel compact castor with top plate fitting

2. HRLK – Levelling castor series :
2.1 HRLK – Levelling castor with top plate fitting :
The HRLK levelling castor series is available in four different versions. The castor uses a pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, a fixed operating lever and an integrated truck lock. HRLK series levelling castors use a variety of polyurethane, nylon and elastic solid rubber tyres.
HRLK series: Levelling castors with fixed position operating lever and integrated truck lock with top plate fitting
HRLK…-HN series: Levelling castors with swivelling operating and release levers with top plate fitting
HRLK…-F series: Levelling castors with fixed foot with top plate fitting
HRLK…-VS series: Levelling castor with adjustment screw with top plate fitting

3. HRP / HRIG – Levelling castor series :
The HRP and HRIG brackets are made from die-cast aluminium and have an integrated hard rubber truck lock and an adjustment wheel.
3.1 HRP – Levelling castor with top plate fitting
• The HRP bracket with top plate fitting is combined with the following wheels:
POA series: Nylon wheels
3.2 HRIG – Levelling castor with female thread
• The HRIG levelling castor bracket with a female thread is combined with the following wheel series:
POA series: Nylon wheels

4. HRSP – Levelling castor series :
The HRSP is heavy duty design. The HRSP bracket of the HRSP series is made of die-cast aluminium with an integrated aluminium truck lock. The height can be adjusted using a spanner.
4.1 HRSP – Levelling castors with top plate fitting :
The HRSP bracket series with top plate fitting is available with two different wheel series:
POA series: Nylon wheels
GSPO series: Heavy duty wheels made of compressed cast nylon

5. HRLH / HRLHD – Levelling castor series :

The HRLH levelling castor series is available with the following wheels:
SPO series: Heavy duty nylon wheels
5.2 HRLHD – Twin levelling castors :
The HRLHD levelling castor bracket made of stable pressed steel is combined with a following wheel series:
