Guide rollers keep things moving smoothly in a number of different areas and help to transport loads safely by making sure that they always follow the same linear path. They are used for a wide variety of applications, both indoors and outdoors.
Generally speaking, guide rollers come in two different varieties: guide wheels and running wheels. Guide wheels are used in machines or gates to facilitate linear motion. These wheels are usually put under frequent but brief loads. Running wheels, on the other hand, are designed to withstand constant and consistent loads. They are frequently used in conveyor systems.
Blickle provides a total of seven different product series with different polyurethane and nylon treads and steel or nylon wheel centres to suit a wide variety of applications and requirements.

1. FPU series wheels : Guide rollers with thermoplastic polyurethane tread.
FPU series guide rollers are made of a thermoplastic polyurethane tread with a hardness of 98° Shore A cast directly onto the ball bearing. The FPU guide rollers come in sizes ranging between 25 and 60 mm in diameter.

2. FPTH – Guide roller series : Guide rollers with thermoplastic polyurethane tread and nylon wheel centre.
FPTH series guide rollers use a thermoplastic polyurethane tread which is cast directly onto a nylon wheel centre, in contrast to FPU series wheels. They are hardness of 92 Shore A. The FPTH guide rollers come in sizes ranging between 60 and 125 mm in diameter as standard.

3. FTH series wheels : Guide rollers with Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread.
The Blickle Extrathane® tread of the FTH guide roller series is cast directly onto the ball bearing. The ball bearings are sealed on both sides, providing outstanding protection against contamination.
FTH guide rollers range in size between 30 and 75 mm in diameter.

4. FSTH series wheels : Guide rollers with Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread and steel wheel centre.
The FSTH guide roller series has a steel wheel centre with a cast Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread. The ball bearing is sealed on both sides, pressed into the wheel centre and secured with a locking ring.

5. FPOB series wheels : Guide rollers with Blickle Besthane® polyurethane tread and nylon wheel centre.
FPOB guide rollers are particularly versatile. They use a black nylon wheel centre and a cast Blickle Besthane® polyurethane tread. With a ball bearing sealed on both sides. The FPOB guide rollers are available with wheel diameters of 80, 100 and 125 mm as standard.

6. FSVU series wheels : Guide rollers with Vulkollan® polyurethane tread and steel wheel centre.
Blicke’s FSVU series are guide rollers with a Vulkollan® tread. This tread is cast directly onto the steel wheel centre to provide a very good chemical bond. The ball bearing is sealed on both sides, pressed into the wheel centre and secured with a locking ring. Blickle’s range includes Vulkollan® guide rollers in sizes ranging from 40 to 100 mm in diameter.

7. FPO series wheels : Guide rollers with nylon tread.
Blickle’s FPO series provides nylon guide rollers in its standard range. The impact-resistant nylon in natural white is cast directly onto the ball bearing, which is sealed on both sides. With a hardness of 70 Shore D, the FPO series is the hardest of all Blickle guide rollers. The guide rollers in the FPO series come in sizes ranging between 25 and 125 mm.

• FPU series guide rollers are very low rolling resistance and have a high level of chemical resistance to many aggressive substances.
• FPU series guide rollers brown tread does not leave any tracks because it is non-marking and non-staining.
• FPTH series guide rollers are hydrolysis-resistant, making them suitable for equipment and machinery used outside in wet areas, such as cranes, conveyor belt systems and lifts.
• FTH series guide rollers provide a low level of rolling resistance, while also being highly resistant to wear and a number of aggressive substances.
• FTH series guide rollers- The light brown Extrathane® tread is also non-marking and non-staining.
• FTH guide rollers are commonly used for lifts, gate guidance systems, conveyor belt systems and swimming pool covers.
• FTH guide rollers provides a high resistance to cut and tear propagation, low rolling resistance and low-noise operation.
• FSTH series has a higher load capacity than the FTH wheels because of the steel wheel centre.
• FSTH series guide rollers are frequently used in luggage and sorting systems and cranes.
• FSPOB series guide rollers are hydrolysis-resistant, makes the guide rollers particularly suitable for use outdoors.
• FSPOB series guide rollers - The Besthane® tread provides a high dynamic load capacity, which makes the castors suitable for constant use at high speeds.
• FSPOB series guide rollers due to the outstanding resistance to cuts, tear propagation and wear, this series is also suitable for handling challenges like edges or uneven surfaces.
