Castors and Wheel

Nylon wheels are frequently used for industrial applications, Nylon is resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances, has good rolling properties on smooth floors and is available in a variety of versions and dimensions. The white version is very popular as it makes dirt and dust easy to see. The material is not particularly suitable for applications involving high temperatures or uneven surfaces. In addition to standard nylon versions, Blickle also provides heavy duty series made of compressed cast nylon or nylon with a rubber damping ring for lower noise emissions.

Polypropylene wheels are used in a similar range of industrial settings. The white PPN version is frequently used for applications with demanding hygiene requirements, such as the food industry or pharmaceutical industry.
However, polypropylene wheels have a lower load capacity than nylon wheels.

1. Polypropylene
1.1 PPN series : Polypropilene wheels, natural white (80-450 kg) - wheel Ø 60–200 mm
• Pressed steel castors, with polypropilene wheels, natural white, there are 3 varians :
- LE-PPN, B-PPN series : with top plate, 80-300 kg
- LER-PPN : with bolt hole, 80-300 kg
- L-PPN, B-PPN series : medium duty version, with top plate, 120-400 kg
1.2 PP series : Polypropilene wheels, black (80-450 kg) - wheel Ø 60–200 mm
• Pressed steel castors, with polypropilene wheels, black, there are 3 varians :
- LE-PP, B-PP series : with top plate, 80-300 kg
- LER-PP : with bolt hole, 80-300 kg
- L-PP, B-PP series : medium duty version, with top plate, 120-400 kg

2. Nylon wheels with elastic solid rubber pads : Low-noise nylon wheels with rubber damping ring (200-220 kg) - wheel Ø 100–125 mm
• Pressed steel castors, with low noise nylon wheels, there are 2 varians :
- L-POW, B-POW series : medium duty versions, with top plate, 200-220 kg
- LK-POW, BK-POW series : heavy duty design, with top plate, 200-220 kg

3. Nylon wheels
3.1 PO series :
Wheel Ø 50 - 125x40 mm (75-300kg) & Wheel Ø 125x50 - 300 mm (350-1500kg)
• Pressed steel castors, with nylon wheels, there are 9 varians :
- LE-PO, B-PO series : with top plate, 150-300 kg
- LER-PO series : with bolt hole, 150-300 kg
- LEZ-PO series : with stem, 150-300 kg
- L-PO, B-PO series, wheel Ø 75–150 mm : medium duty version, with top plate, 200-400 kg
- L-PO, B-PO, BH-PO series, wheel Ø 160–250 mm : medium duty version, with top plate, 400-600 kg
- LK-PO, BK-PO series, Wheel Ø 75 - 125x40 mm : heavy duty design, with top plate, 200-300 kg
- LK-PO, BH-PO series, Wheel Ø 125x50 - 200 mm : heavy duty design, with top plate, 400-600 kg

- LK-SPO, BK-SPO series, Wheel Ø 75 - 125x40 mm : heavy duty design, with top plate, (300-350 kg)
- LK-SPO, BH-SPO series, Wheel Ø 125x50 - 200 mm (600kg)
- LKR-SPO series : heavy duty design, with bolt hole, 300-350 kg

3.3 GSPO series : Heavy duty cast nylon wheels (100 - 50000 kg)
• Pressed steel castors, with heavy duty wheels made of cast nylon :
- LH-GSPO, BH-GSPO series : heavy duty design, with top plate, 650-900 kg
• Welded steel castors, with heavy duty wheels made of cast nylon, there are 2 varians :
- LS-GSPO, BS-GSPO series : heavy duty design, extra heavy duty swivel head, 1500-12000 kg
- LSD-GSPO, BSD-GSPO, LSSD-GSPO, BSSD-GSPO series : extra heavy duty twin wheel castors, extra heavy duty swivel head, 1750-30000 kg

• Both nylon and polypropylene applications, particularly in areas where hygiene is important, such as the food industry.
• Nylon wheels and castors are frequently used for packaging machines or in the automotive industry.
• Nylon wheels also used for stainless steel containers or machinery which is normally left in a stationary position, such as laboratory equipment.
• The Polypropylene wheels black version is also electrically conductive.
