Wheel and castors for pallet trucks, forklift trucks and other industrial trucks

1. Rollers for pallet trucks : HTH, HTHW, HB and HPO series rollers for pallet trucks.
Blickle rollers for pallet trucks are available with Blickle Besthane® or Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane treads. A synthetic version is also available. Both polyurethane versions are available with a steel wheel centre and with or without a ball bearing.
1.1 The HTH series has diameters ranging between 60 and 90 mm and is available with or without a ball bearing.
1.2 The HTHW series offers a splash and washproof alternative.
1.3 The wheels in the HB series are available in sizes between 80 and 85 mm and are available with or without a ball bearing.
1.4 The HPO series is available in sizes between 80 and 85 mm in diameter as standard.

2. Front wheels for pallet trucks and heavy duty wheels for industrial trucks : ALEV, ALST, ALTH, PO, GTH, VSTH, GB, GVU series front and heavy duty wheels.
BLICKLE additionally offers heavy duty wheels for use on industrial trucks to handle heavier loads. The wheel centres are made of grey cast iron, steel or aluminium and combined with high-quality polyurethane treads Blickle Extrathane®, Blickle Besthane® or Vulkollan® with a hardness of 92° Shore A. These wheels are particularly suitable for use at high speeds.
ALEV, ALST, ALTH and PO series available as front wheels sizes between 180 and 200 mm.
While the nylon wheels (PO series) can be used for speeds up to 4 km/h, the other front wheel series are designed for use at up to 10 km/h. They are available in sizes between 100 and 180 mm.

3. Drive and running wheels for forklifts and industrial trucks :
RVU, RTH, RB, REV series forklift, drive and running wheels.
The following drive wheels, running wheels and forklift trucks from Blickle were designed specifically for use on industrial trucks. The various polyurethane treads are cast onto the wheel centres made of rugged grey cast iron. The rubber tread (REV series) is vulcanised onto the wheel centre.
