Vernier Caliper or Sigmat or caliper has two measurement scales, namely the main scale and the vernier scale, and is used to measure the outside diameter, inside diameter and depth. The main scale and the vernier scale are used to measure small distances by looking for the difference between two signs. This method is called the vernier measurement principle.
