These wheels and castors are used everywhere protection against electrostatic discharge is required. Operators and sensitive goods are particularly susceptible to the electrostatic discharge that can be generated by transport units or by transported goods. ESD wheels and castors can be used to prevent these discharges. A wheel or a castor is regarded as electrically conductive if its ohmic resistance does not exceed 104 Ω. These wheels and castors have the product code suffix -EL or -ELS. A wheel or a castor is regarded as having antistatic properties if its ohmic resistance does not exceed 107Ω.
Blickle provides a total of 12 different series with an antistatic or electrically conductive version to meet a variety of requirements. These series use rubber, synthetic, metal, cast iron or polyurethane treads.

4. ALEV...-EL series : Heavy duty wheels with elastic solid rubber tyre "Blickle EasyRoll", with alumunium wheel centre electrically conductive (200-650 kg).
5. ALEV...-SG-AS series : Heavy duty wheels with elastic solid rubber tyre "Blickle EasyRoll", with alumunium wheel centre, antistatic, non marking (200-550 kg).
6. PATH...-ELS series : Wheels with thermoplastic polyurethane tread, with nylon wheel centre, electrically conductive, non-marking (50-325 kg).
7. ALTH...-AS series : Heavy duty wheels with "Blickle Extrathane" polyurethane tread, with alumunium wheel centre, antistatic (200-1250 kg).
8. ALST...-AS series : Heavy duty wheels with "Blickle Softhane" polyurethane tread, with alumunium wheel centre, antistatic (320-750 kg).
10. PO...-ELS series : Nylon wheels, electrically conductive, non marking (220-600 kg).
11. G series : Cast iron wheels (250-1400 kg).
12. SVS series : Super heavy duty solid steel wheels (750-15000 kg).
